Hobbies etc are not common information to include in a Turkish CV. Only include them if you think it is relevant to the job you are applying to.

In Turkey formal and informal networks play a key role. Always mention that you can provide references upon request, but in case you have some impressive referees do add their details to your CV. Always with permission of the referees of course.
