Extra-curricular activities
Your activities aside from work and studying are very important for Dutch employers, so make sure to elaborate on your voluntary work experience and civic responsibilities. Mention what have you gained from that experience in terms of new skills and knowledge and make it relevant for the job.
Skills and Qualifications
Highlight your IT skills, language(s) proficiency and any additional training that is relevant to the job. Emphasise such skills as intercultural communication, business awareness, teamwork, project-management skills, ability to think outside-the-box – these skills are highly valued by Dutch companies.
