The necessity of a cover photo on your CV differs per country and per organisation. Please double check if the vacancy requests for a cover photo. If not, you are recommended to refrain from it. Do note in some countries, including pictures in your CV/resume is considered illegal.
List your degrees and main area of study in reversed chronological order, followed by name of the institute and the city/country where the degree was obtained. Only mention the relevant educational experience. Do not include primary or high school.
In this section you list your skills and capabilities. Start with your field of specialisation, and be as exact as possible, followed by credentials or specialised training pertinent to expertise. At last, list your computer skills of both hardware and software.
